Andreas Trobollowitsch is an Austrian artist, musician, and composer. Adapted for the nave of the Minorite Church, the work SÄGEZAHN 7.2 combines three seemingly disparate elements: an acoustic guitar, a mechanical turntable, and a saw blade. These devices unite in 14 individual arrangements to form a serial, minimalist, and fascinating sound installation charged with contrasts. Polyrhythmic patterns, floating interferences, and their subtle modulations define the soundscape.

Every Sunday from 4 to 5 pm, art educators from Kunstmeile Krems are on location to answer questions about the current sound installation and the historical Minorite Church (free entrance). 

On every first Saturday of the month (July 6, Aug. 3, Sept. 7), there is a thematic guided tour with a focus on Minoritenplatz including a visit to Forum Frohner, the sound art installations, and the sculpture garden. Meeting point: Forum Frohner ticket office, 4 pm. Admission: 4 EUR.
